An original oil painting. This artwork was made in June when the weather was warm and damp. It was inspired by walking in meadows filled with wildflowers on the South Downs near to Brighton. The sheep that graze the field make good pathways. Michelle used these pathways to inspire the composition of the painting.

Warm greens and soft reds and pinks give the painting a harmonious and lively feel.

Made on hand stretched cotton duck and sustainable wood stretcher bars.

The sides of the painting are painted the same as the image.

It is signed on the back and has the studio stamp on the side.

The painting is ready to hang on the wall.
